We are happy to have you as a member of an Association interested in the well being of your neighborhood. The Association is responsible for maintenance of your neighborhood pool and common areas and for coordinating the uniformity and appearance of Harris Ridge.
What homes are in the HOA?
Our HOA includes two subdivisions: Harris Ridge and the Enclave at Harris Ridge. Harris Ridge includes the homes along Briargate Drive on the South, North to Howard Lane and from Harris Ridge Blvd. on the West to Harris Glenn Drive on the East. The Enclave at Harris Ridge sits between Harris Glenn Drive on the West and Dessau Elementary / Middle schools on the East:

The Board of Directors is entrusted with the enforcement of the Documents and By-laws of Harris Ridge and assurance that these rules and regulations are adhered to for the protection of all owners. If you have a concern or issue, you can bring it before the Board of Directors during the monthly meeting.
Architectural Control Committee
All exterior changes to your property or improvements must be presented to the committee before proceeding. Approval only takes a few days and can save an owner inconvenience and expense if changes are not acceptable according to the Documents.
Homeowner Fees
All owners pay $56.00 per quarter. Your fees pay for the maintenance and upkeep of the pool and playground, common area landscaping, trash and debris removal, insurance coverage for all amenities, common area and Directors & Officers as well as management of the Association. All fees are due on the first of each quarter and late charges of $15.00 per month are added if not paid by the 16h of the month. Your quarterly assessments should be mailed to:

Rules and Regulations
A copy of the rules and regulations are included here on our website in order to provide you with additional information. We request that any homeowner concern or deed restriction violation report be placed in writing. You may submit your concern via fax, e-mail, mail, or our online form.
