Starting October 21, 2009 we will starting improvements projects in the neighborhood.
1. The fence surrounding the electrical enclosure will be replaced.
2. The mailbox sites at Weatherford/Harris Ridge Dr and Rochester Ln/Weatherford Ln will be demolished and reconstructed. The mail at the Rochester Ln/Weatherford site will arrive at the Weatherford/Harris Ridge Dr site once the site is completed. You will have to get a new mailbox key in person at the Blue Bonnet Site in person.
3. The playground will get a much needed makeover. All the existing equipment will be replaced with new equipment.
4. There will also be improvements to the swimming pool that will start later this year/early next spring.

I’m glad things will be getting improved.
I have a few question:
What date will the mailbox demolition happen?
Will the demolition and construction all be completed in one day?
What happens to our mail between the time our box is demolished and the time the new boxes are installed?
What proof of ownership do we need to take to the post office to get our key?

Thanks to HOA for taking these nice projects.
I would like to make two requests -
1. taking care of landscaping in the Enclave (newer part of Harris Ridge) - few home owners discussed on this issue, and we feel more needs to be done.
2. Enforcing HOA rules - we see houses with stuff lying outside in front of the houses - make the neighborhood ugly and obviously long term implication -> new buyers find this neighborhood not clean.

Zakaria-please feel free to join the board and make a difference in the Enclave. There is no one on the board to speak for the Enclave
if you see violations report them to Goodwin management and it will be investigated and a violation notice will be sent .
