Quite frankly, I think it’s about time. I don’t know how the board has done what they have with so little. Thank you.

As the board president I voted against this increase because I felt it was not needed. The increase took another 9500 dollars of weath from the property owners of this association.
An increase at a time when the economy is at historic lows. Foreclosures were up in this neighborhood, I couldn’t vote for an increase taking all this into consideration. Also we have three commercial lots paying dues now that hadn’t paid before and we collected a considerable amount on back dues from these properties this year. In the future when these commercial properties develop their dues will triple.
