There are alot of people not taking care of there yards and it look real bad. Also lots of cars in driveways and in the street on my street. The neighborhood is looking shabby.
People are allowed to park in their driveway and it is not against the law to park in the street-they are public streets. The restriction on parking in the street can’t be enforced because of this fact.
I have seen a lot of improvements being made by homeowners on their yards. Yes there are a few who do not take very good care,but they are in the minority.
The Board and Goodwin Managment are addressing the ongoing issue. Goodwin has notified numerous homeowners about their lawn violations. Toni Diaz has contacted the city’s Code Enforcement Division for overgrown trees. They have already inspected the neighborhood and will notify the violating homeowners. Hopefully this will motivate the homeowners to take action. The Board and Goodwin Management will continue to monitor the situation.
