How do I get my sidewalk repaired?
Many of the homes in our neighborhood have sidewalks that are sinking and not level. These obviously create hazards for those walking around the neighborhood.
Recently, the city of Austin has repaired some of the sidewalks with black asphalt. While providing a possible solution to the unlevel walks, it does create an eyesore and needs to be corrected.
If you have had asphalt patches done in front of your house, or your sidewalk needs repairs, you need to contact Austin’s Bicycle and Pedestrian Program representative:
