Do I need to get HOA approval to build a shed, deck, or patio?
According to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Harris Ridge Homeowners Association (“Deed Restrictions”), all improvements, as defined in Section 1.12, must be approved by the Architectural Committee (ACC) in writing before construction begins.
Any construction on the property including antennas, storage sheds, decks, patios, additions, and any other improvements must have written approval from the ACC prior to initiation of the improvements.
To assist in your compliance with this restriction, please complete the ACC Form and submit it with your plans and specifications for the proposed improvement.
