Our neighborhood pool is for use by homeowners that are current on HOA dues and have a pool key.
You can help maintain our pool and prevent trespassers by doing the following:
- close the gate after you enter or exit the pool
- don’t prop open the gate or allow others to do so
- don’t open the gate for those that don’t have a pool key
- don’t play with the rescue and lifesaving equipment
- report any suspicious behavior to the police immediately by calling 911
If you are verbally or physically threatened, call 911 immediately.
If you observe individuals that are not homeowners, they are trespassing and you should call 911 immediately.
We are all responsible for maintaining our neighborhood pool. This requires diligence on the part of all homeowners.
