One of the Board of Directors, Julie Averill, is moving out of state and has resigned her position on the Board. We want to thank Julie for her service to our neighborhood and wish her well.
Per the HOA Bylaws:
In the event of death, resignation or removal of a director, his successor shall be selected by the remaining members of the Board and shall serve for the unexpired term of his predecessor.
The vacant seat on the Board is a one year term ending next April.
The departing Board member lives in the Enclave at Harris Ridge. We’d love to have someone from the Enclave fill her shoes so that we can have continued direct representation of Enclave homeowners on the Board. However, the Board won’t exclude any candidates based on where they live.
If you are interested in joining the Board, please leave a comment with some information on why you’d like to serve. The Board will select the new Board member at the June 10th meeting.

I live in the Enclave portion of our neighborhood and I would enjoy serving on the on the board. My husband was a board member last year, but his travel schedule prevented him from attending meetings regularly. Please let me know if I can be of service.
Oh, and as for why I’d like to serve on the board… because our neighborhood is important to me.
