If you are disturbed by too much noise from a neighbor’s house, we suggest that you first talk to your neighbor. A simple discussion may help eliminate the problem.
If that doesn’t work, you can call the City of Austin at 311 and report the disturbance. They will be able to respond more quickly than the HOA.
