I would like to see a community forum on the website. While the commenting system is nice and provides some form of feedback from homeowners, an all out forum would be an easier way to interact online.

I suggest that the forum be limited to those with accounts on the website and not left wide open. With a forum, homeowners can post concerns as well as respond to items brought up by the board.

I like the forum idea. It would be easier to navigate. Please remember though that just like any other forum, there would need to be a monitor. I’ve seen some comments so far that are juvenile and close to hostile. I’m an adult, so I don’t need my HOA forum to be like MySpace.

I absolutely agree. The Board Members could be moderators and if desired could appoint other moderators of the online forum. Any inappropriate/juvenile comments could be removed. That is not to say that lively discussion should be censored.

Is this allowed in their front yard? What next?

What yard are you talking about? What picnic table? If you have a concern please call me at 251 4351 and I’ll do what I can to help you, but the above post doesn’t contain much information .
