Harris Ridge Owner’s Association

Change in Property Management

June 19th, 2008 · Announcements

At the June 10th meeting of the Harris Ridge Board of Directors, a decision was reached to cancel our association management contract with PS Property Management.

Over the past two months, the board of directors have spent many hours in meetings and deliberation about and with new management companies. During the June 10th meeting, a decision was reached to hire Goodwin Management as our future neighborhood association manager.

The new Harris Ridge HOA Finance Committee dedicated and devoted tremendous time and energy into this process and have been an incredible asset to the Board of Directors, and you, the homeowner.

We will be holding a meet-and-greet tentatively in August and will be inviting you to join us in welcoming our new property manager.

I’m very pleased that the board took care of this so quickly. I’m also impressed that the website seems a lot more useful lately. I know it’s a work in progress, but it’s nice to finally be able to get some current information. Thanks.

Information will be forthcoming from Goodwin management on where to send your payments.

Since I haven’t received any information from Goodwin, I went ahead and scheduled my HOA payment online with the old PS information. Hoping this is ok.

I just received my letter from Goodwin yesterday which has the details on what to do with assessments.

Payments should be made payable to “Harris Ridge Owners Association” and sent to PO Box 203310, Austin, TX 78720-3310

If you’ve already sent in your payment to the old address, that’s fine. Goodwin will be sorting that out during the transition from PS Prop.

I could not open the emergency phone at the pool. I am concerned that its knob has been vandalized and needs to be fixed.
