Construction of a new handicap ramp inside pool gate for easy access over the existing step. This will make it much easier for those in wheelchairs, strollers, and little red wagons to get down to the pool.

Pool Exterior Wall Improvements

Unfortunately, we’ve had individuals scaling the walls to gain unauthorized access to the swimming pool. To combat these intruders, we’ve added several rows of brick blocks to the left side exterior pool wall.

Trees to be Replaced

As we mentioned earlier, the LCRA had to remove several trees in the utility easement in the northeast part of our neighborhood. Fortunately, they will be giving the HOA several replacement trees that we’ll be planting.
Initial plans include planting the following types of trees:
Desert Willow
Yaupon Holly
Anacacho Orchid
Mountain Laurel
