Pool

There is a major leak underneath the pool slab. Cyrstal Clear Pools along with a leak detection company is evaluating the damage and will start repairs early next week. The pool will be closed until further notice. There is risk of further damage if the pool remains open.

Maintenance/Landscaping Project

Maldanado Landscaping is going to start a maintenance/landscaping project to repair the drainage and landscape problems at the park and the pool.

Neighborhood Garage Sale

Mailbox Keys

“The old key should not be discarded just because the new key has been received. The old key can be discarded after mail delivery begins to the new compartment. I spoke with Hilda yesterday and she said a few residents had not obtained their keyes; she continues delivering to a few old boxes. Everyone should be able to access their mail either in the old or new compartment. This process should not cause delay of mail delivery. The old boxes wille ventually be removed once we are certain the transition is complete.

Dues Increase

Neighborhood Alert Updated

We have had two houses broken into the past few days. Please keep an eye out and pass along the word to your neighbors who might not have internet access. At this time there is not enough interest in a neighborhood watch program. If you see anything suspicious please call 911 immediately. The first house was an attempted break in. They tried to kick in the front door approximately 9:30 – 11:00 am. The second house is on Briargate time unknown.

Mailbox Key

The new mailbox keys will be place in the old mailboxes Thursday, December 3rd. The old boxes will be removed starting the following Monday, Deember 7. Please pass this information along to your neighbors.
