Architectural Control Committee
All exterior changes to your property or improvements must be presented to the committee before proceeding. Approval only takes a few days and can save an owner inconvenience and expense if changes are not acceptable according to the Documents.
Finance Committee
Establish reporting requirements
- Review the monthly reports in detail, for accuracy and consistency
- Review the propriety of spending and validity of valances consistent with the established budget
- Review the reserves for consistent accumulation and maximization of returns under the guidelines established
- Report any exceptions or questions to the property manager and report any exceptions and adjustments to the board at their next meeting
- Review the prelimary audit prior to issuance by the auditor
Maintenance Committee
The Maintenance Committee performs the following functions:
- Makes recommendations to the Board regarding safety, security and maintenance of common areas of the community.
- Organizes Annual Clean-Up Day.
- Considers special recognition awards for Yard of the Month.
